IP- The regional anti-narcotics conference will start in Baghdad on Tuesday, and in addition to Iran, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Turkey, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, and Syria are also present at this conference.

Iran PressMiddle East: According to IranPress, information coordination to prevent drug trade, finding a suitable solution to pursue drug traffickers, and adopting a single position towards it are the most important axes of the conference.

Eskandar Momeni, Secretary General of Drug Control Headquarters, headed the Iranian delegation to participate in the conference.

Upon his arrival in Baghdad on Monday, Momeni pointed out that Iran has suffered the most damage from drug smuggling from the borders of Afghanistan, and said: "Baghdad Conference can have an appropriate solution to exchange experiences in fighting against drugs."
