Iran Press/ Iran News: Hossein Amir-Abdollahian talked with Japanese Foreign Minister Hayashi Yoshimasa on the phone about the development of bilateral cooperation in various fields as well as the process of negotiations in Vienna to lift sanctions.
While explaining Tokyo's view on the process of the Vienna negotiations, the Japanese foreign minister announced his country's readiness to help complete the process.
The Japanese Foreign Minister also welcomed the positive process of cooperation between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
Amir-Abdollahian, while referring to the important meeting between the Prime Minister of Japan and the President of Iran in New York, said: Iran always considers diplomacy and negotiation as a way out of regional and global challenges.
The two sides also discussed the developments in Ukraine.
