Baghdad(IP)- Iran's Minister of Information and Communications Technology, arrived in Baghdad for consultations with the top officials of the country.

Iran PressWest Asia: Upon arrival at Baghdad International Airport, Issa Zarepour was formally received by Baraq Abdul Karim, Deputy Minister of Communications of Iraq, and Mohammad Kazem Al-Sadegh, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Iraq.

Zarepour and the accompanying delegation also attended the place of martyrdom of Lt. Gen. Qassem Soleimani, the former commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps, and Abu Mehdi Al-Muhandis, the deputy of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Organization, on the way to Baghdad Airport, and paid tributes to these martyrs.

Meeting with the Iraqi Minister of Communications and holding a meeting of the joint committees of the telecommunications and postal companies of the country, meeting with the Iraqi Minister of Trade, and meeting with the members of the Media and Communications Organization are among the plans of Zarepour's trip to this Baghdad.
