Iran Press/ Iran news: In this meeting, Iran's Leader Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei praised the armed forces for the retaliatory attack on the occupying Israeli regime for showing to the international community how powerful the Iranian nation is.
Ayatollah Khamenei added: "By God's grace, the Iranian armed forces exhibited their capabilities and power while portraying a commendable image of the Iranian nation. They proved the emergence of the resolve of the Iranian nation on the international stage."
Iran's Leader, while congratulating the Army Day and also the anniversary of the establishment of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, emphasized that the recent achievements of the armed forces have created a sense of grandeur about Islamic Iran in the eyes of the world and global observers, adding: "The issue of the number of missiles fired or the missiles that hit the target on designated sites which the other parties are focused is a second-hand issue. The main issue is the emergence of the willpower and resolve of the Iranian nation and the armed forces in the international arena proving that the enemy's anger is also due to this issue.
The leader of the Islamic Revolution, appreciating the tactfulness of the armed forces, said: "Various incidents are associated with costs and gains, and it is important to reduce the costs and increase the gains with planning, and this is what the armed forces have done in recent incidents."
Ayatollah Khamenei appreciating the efforts and endeavors of the IRGC, the army and the police force, advised the armed forces to continue their efforts and move forward to face enmities and enemies by relying on innovation.
Iran's Leader added: "One should not stop for a moment because stopping means turning back, so innovation in weaponry and methods, as well as knowing the enemy's methods, must always be on the agenda."
Ayatollah Khamenei, emphasizing that the dignity of the Iranian nation should be prominent in the eyes of the world, added: "In addition to identifying talented and creative forces, you have good faith in God Almighty and know that God's promise in defense of believers is certain and inviolable."
In this meeting, the leader of the Islamic Revolution also expressed special thanks to the families of the commanders and various ranks of the IRGC, the army, and the police force.
