Tehran (IP): Iran's Parliament Speaker called the role of Judiciary in the realization and administration of Justice as unique.

Iran PressIran news: Speaker of Iran's Parliament, Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf said on Tuesday morning while speaking as the keynote Speaker at the National Conference of Judicial Thoughts of the Leader of the Revolution:  

"If we are talking about justice in the society, the role of the judiciary in this field must be unique, of course, the other two branches, namely the Parliament and the government, also play a role in this field."

He further said: "We tried to address and approve the issues that the judiciary needs during the review of the 7th development plan bill. A significant part of these materials has been approved by the Guardian Council, and some of them had flaws that were revised again on the floor of the parliament and sent to the Guardian Council for final approval."

The Speaker of Iran's Parliament continued: One of the approvals of the parliament to solve the problems of the judiciary was related to credit deficits and the share and amount that should be allocated to the judiciary from the general budget.

Qalibaf finally expressed hope that all of the judicial problems would be solved so soon. 204
