Iran Press/ West Asia: Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian held meetings with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and Foreign Minister Faisal Mekdad in Damascus to discuss bilateral and regional issues.
Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, in a meeting with Syrian President Bashar Al-Asad, said Tehran will give a response to and punish Israel for its recent terror attack against the Iranian diplomatic premises in the Syrian capital of Damascus.
During the meetings, the development of cooperation between Iran and Syria, with a focus on increasing business interactions, as well as discussions on important regional and international issues, were on the agenda.
On Sunday, April 7, Iran's Minister of Foreign Affairs arrived in Muscat, the capital of Oman, at the head of a delegation, and had separate meetings with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Oman and the spokesman of Yemen's Ansarullah. 219
