Tehran (IP) - Iran’s first vice president paid a visit to the 27th edition of the Iran ‎International Oil, Gas, ‎Refining and ‎Petrochemical Exhibition, aka Iran Oil Show ‎‎2023, on Wednesday.

Iran PressAsia: Accompanied by Oil Minister Javad Owji and other top officials including Science, ‎Research and Technology Minister Mohammad-Ali Zolfigol, Iran’s first vice president, Mohammad Mokhber, put emphasis on employing domestic companies’ capabilities, state-of-the-art technologies, and relying on knowledge-based firms’ expertise in the oil industry.

Owji briefed Mokhber on the achievements in the oil industry and said the Ministry of Petroleum is taking advantage of knowledge-based companies’ technologies and has outlined plans to control energy consumption in the future.

The 27th Iran ‎International Oil, Gas, ‎Refining and ‎Petrochemical Exhibition kicked off today and will be open to visitors from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (0530 to 1330 GMT) until ‎Saturday. ‎
