Iran’s exports to West Asian countries have increased by 10% in the first six months of the year, reaching $12 billion, according to Abdolamir Rabihavi, Director General of West Asia at the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran.

Iran Press/Iran news:  Rabihavi highlighted that Jordan recorded the highest growth in Iranian imports, soaring from $2 million to over $13 million. Other countries with significant increases include Lebanon (from $9 million to $18 million), Bahrain (from $4 million to $6 million), Kuwait (from $87 million to $114 million), Oman (from $638 million to $782 million), Iraq (from $4.55 billion to $5.2 billion), the UAE (from $3.03 billion to $3.4 billion), and Qatar (from $58 million to $64 million). These figures represent export growth rates of 89%, 46%, 31%, 23%, 14%, 12%, and 12% for each country, respectively.

Iran’s expanding trade ties reflect its growing presence in West Asia's markets, with notable gains across several key regional partners.
