Iran Press/ Europe: According to the Iran Press News Agency, Ali Salajeghe, the Vice President and Head of the Environment Department of Iran, met with the Minister of the Environment of Russia at the 10th meeting of the Ministers of the Environment of the BRICS countries, in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, pointing out that the relations between Tehran and Moscow are at a very good level.
He emphasized: "The leaders of the two countries have a serious will to improve relations and we will use the capacity of the two countries' neighborhood to realize this."
In the continuation of this meeting, Salajeghe said: "This is the only mammal species in the Caspian Sea and we must protect this valuable species."
Ali Salajeghe also met and talked with the Minister of Environment of China on the sidelines of the BRICS meeting.
