Iran Press/ Iran News: Abolfazl Amouei stated on Thursday that May 21 would be the end of the three-month deadline to the International Atomic Energy Agency.
He said Iran's demands had not been met in the Vienna talks so far, so no new opportunity should be considered for the other side.
He noted that from Iran's perspective, the main issue in the negotiations had been the lifting of all sanctions imposed before and after the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and a precise verification by Iran.
"If the two main conditions of Iran are met, namely the lifting of all sanctions and also a thorough verification, the Islamic Republic is also ready to return to its JCPOA commitments," he pointed.
A fourth round of talks to revive the Iran nuclear deal concluded on Thursday in Vienna with delegations headed back home for further consultations.
Based on reports, although the US has agreed to ease sanctions on various sectors like oil and gas, banking, shipping, and insurance there are still differences in sanctioned individuals and entities including Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC).
