Iran Press/Iran News: The documentary 'Asak' narrated the life story of an old man in the south of Iran who finds the stone he needs to make a mill, choosing the stone through touching and tasting them.
Then, using basic instruments such as tile and saw makes bread-baking stone used for a kind of traditional oven or furnace to bake bread as well as mortar in which ingredients are crushed or ground, and earns life through selling them.
'Asak' in the local language of southern Iran means a little handy flour mill.
The Iranian director has already won numerous prizes in international festivals, including the best film award in Swiss 2014 Visions Du Reel documentary festival as well as other prizes from Spain, Italy, Russia, Qatar, and Egypt's international festivals.
