Tehran (IP) - The head of the Iran-Uganda parliamentary friendship group emphasized that Iran has planned to enter the 600 billion-dollar African market.

Iran PressIran News: Adel Najafzadeh, Head of the Iran-Uganda parliamentary friendship group in the parliament, revealed that Iran has plans to tap into the 600 billion-dollar African market and outlined the barter agreements between Iran and Africa.

Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi recently visited 3 African countries, namely Kenya, Uganda, and Zimbabwe.

Regarding the details of the trip, Najafzadeh said: "If we can enter the 600 billion dollar economy of East Africa, We will benefit from their agricultural products, and African countries will enjoy Iran's advanced technologies."

He also mentioned that some African countries are interested in utilizing Iran's technical engineering services, and positive agreements have been reached in this regard.
