Tehran (IP) - The Chief of the presidential staff, in a tweet released on Thursday, warned that Britain, France, and Germany should accept the consequences of not fulfilling the obligations under JCPOA.

Iran PressIran News: Mahmoud Vaezi wrote in a tweet on Thursday that the interview with the EU foreign policy chief regarding the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and the confirmation of Iran's commitments even after the US illegal withdrawal from it and the concern about the collapse of the JCPOA are realistic.

Vaezi added: "Britain, France, and Germany must accept the consequences of not fulfilling the obligations under the international agreement of JCPOA."

The Comprehensive Joint Action Plan (CJAP) was the result of several years of intensive negotiations that came to conclusion on 14 July 2015 between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Group of P 5+1 (Russia, China, the United States, the three European countries of Britain, France, Germany and High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.

The US government began its sabotage from the first days of the agreement and intensified at the same time as Donald Trump took office as President of the United States.

Donald Trump finally unilaterally withdrew unilaterally from the international agreement on May 8, 2018, violating Washington's commitments under the JCPOA and announcing the return of illegal sanctions against Iran. 219/207
