Tehran (IP)- The center which aims at solving the issues and developing the railway of the Islamic Republic of Iran was inaugurated on Tuesday, July 14 by the attendance of Minister of Road and Urban Development Mohammad Eslami and Iran’s vice president for science and technology Sorena Sattari.

Iran Press/Iran News: Delivering a speech on the inauguration ceremony which was held on Tuesday, Eslami said that establishing this center was an essential step to get access to the road map, taking a look at the future as well as moving forward.

The minister went on to say that 24 main issues in terms of methods and used technologies have been raised and different projects have been introduced for them, hoping that it creates an eye-catching change in the railway status of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Elsewhere Eslami explained that through interactions with the Vice presidency for science and technology, the rest of the issues in transportation can be investigated too.

Managing director of the railways of the Islamic Saeed Rasouli also noted that a memorandum of understanding on cooperation was signed between Vice presidency for science and technology and railway of Iran in various fields to develop railway transportation by focusing on domestic specialists and knowledge-based companies.
