Tehran (IP): Ebrahim Reisi, Chief of Iran's Judiciary, said on Sunday that the anger of the American and European people over injustices would turn into sparks that would befall domination and the justice would be practiced.

Iran PressIran news: The Head and senior officials of the Judiciary branch of the Islamic Republic of Iran on Sunday renewed the allegiance with Late Imam Khomeini's the Great Founder of The Islamic Revolution and Its ideals by paying tribute to him.

In this ceremony, which was held on the first day of the Judiciary Week, the officials of the judiciary laid a wreath to the shrine of Imam Khomeini (R.A.) and paid tribute to him.

Iran's judiciary chief mention was to the protest following the killing of George Floyd, a 46-year-old black American, who died on May 25 after a police officer was filmed with his knee on his neck for several minutes, ignoring the handcuffed man’s cries of distress. His death fired up a movement against police violence and racism all over the country and in Europe.

Today, besides all over the US, thousands take to the streets in Europe for the fourth consecutive weekend of anti-racism protests.

Also, the head, officials and deputies of the Iranian judiciary paid tribute to the great martyrs of the 7th of Tir (June 28, 1981) by paying a visit to the mausoleum of the "72 martyrs."

In a terrorist attack on June 28, 1981, Mohammad Hosseini Beheshti, Head of the Supreme Court of Iran, and 72 members of the Islamic system were martyred in a bombing incident by MKO terrorist organization.

Following this terrorist act, June 21-27 has been named Judiciary Week in the calendar of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
