Tehran (IP) - The Director-General of the Office of Mental Health, Social Affairs, and Addiction of Iran's Ministry of Health, Ahmad Hajebi stated that Coronavirus unpredictability has risen concern in the world.

Iran PressIran News: Ahmad Hajebi in a live video press conference on Tuesday stated that the Coronavirus outbreak has risen concern among people in society because of its vagueness and unpredictability in the world.

The worldwide studies are examining the disease in order to control and contain it better and thoroughly, noted Hajebi.

Highlighting how the virus has been towering stress and anxiety, he added that Iran's Health Ministry evaluated the country's needs precisely in order to offer perfect services.

The official stated, "Over 2000 psychologists have been active to offer and answer related points on the virus particularly during the first days of the epidemic."

4030 the hotline has also been offering service to those who the disease tangled their mind, while over 5,000 phone calls were responded during 60 days, and "4030" is the remarkable source to screen, check and monitor people's health, the official noted.

Hajebi highlighted that the phone calls via "4030" have regulated the people's health conditions and questions on the disease given the virus ambiguity, fluctuation, and its impact in the country which altered the country's needs as well.
