Iran Press/ Iran News: In a message on the occasion of Iran’s Army Day, Iranian Judiciary Chief Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi said: "After eight years of sacred defense, the army of the Islamic Republic of Iran has been one of the first volunteers to serve and solve difficulties in any difficulty and bottleneck, and has always rushed to help people with all its facilities and capabilities."
In the message, Raisi stressed that unlike the oppressive countries, which have turned the army into a tool for bloodshed and looting of defenseless people in the poor countries of the world, today the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran is an organization to serve the people.
He also referred to the great demonstration of Iran's Army to curb the coronavirus outbreak.
April 17 in the Iranian calendar has been named ‘Army Day’ at the initiative of Imam Khomeini, the late founder of the Islamic Revolution.
