Rally kicks off in Tehran to condemn saboteurs

Recent demonstrations in Iran took place after the government increased gasoline prices on Friday 15 November, to implement the fuel price reform plan.

Gangs of rioters, trained and backed by foreigners, infiltrated the peaceful protests and caused damage to public transportation and public property, including attacks on banks, shops, ambulances, and emergencies.

The Iranian people, meanwhile, have declared their abhorrence at the violent and senseless actions of foreign-backed rioters, demonstrating spontaneously in many towns and cities throughout Iran.   205/211
