Tehran (IP) – Iran's Foreign Minister said that Islamic countries should continue their efforts to completely stop the war crimes of the Zionist regime and open wide routes for sending humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.

Iran PressIran news: In a phone conversation with his Emiratis counterpart Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian referred to the establishment of a temporary ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and said: "It is expected that the UN Security Council fulfill its duties towards the Palestinian people by issuing an effective resolution."

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the UAE, for his part, explained his country's actions in regional and international forums to establish a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and said that his country would do its best to extend the ceasefire and increase the sending of humanitarian aid to Gaza.

He also presented a report on the latest actions of the United Arab Emirates in holding the COP28 climate conference and informed his Iranian counterpart about the latest actions of his country to hold this conference. 219
