Iran PressIran news: In a phone call with the Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation this evening, Iran's Minister of Foreign Affairs discussed the latest situation in occupied Palestine and the developments related to the recent aggressions of this regime against the Gaza Strip, as well as the movements of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in this regard.

Iran's top diplomat, in this phone call, expressed deep regret and condemned the continued attacks and aggressions of the Zionist regime, which has so far led to the killing of about 20,000 residents of Gaza, including a large number of innocent women and children, which is a clear example of war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide.

Amir-Abdollahian, while pointing to the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza and the medical and health problems and restrictions created, stressed the need to adopt appropriate and urgent solutions to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid and shipments, especially medical and pharmaceutical items. The approvals of the recent meeting of leaders in Riyadh emphasized and declared readiness to send such aid from Iran.

Hossein Ebrahim Taha, Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, also expressed his concern and condemned the continued attacks of the Zionist regime against Gaza in this telephone call, and presented a report on the actions and activities of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Secretariat based on the recent resolutions of the Summit.
