In a telephone conversation, the Iranian Foreign Minister and his Finnish counterpart discussed the latest state of bilateral relations.

Iran PressIran News: During the conversation initiated by the Finnish side on Tuesday, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and Elina Maria Valtonen emphasized the importance of expanding relations between the two countries in all fields.

The two top diplomats referred to the long-running relations between Iran and Finland and expressed readiness to expand the ties in all fields including in consular and judicial affairs.

Amir-Abdollahian and Valtonen also discussed regional and international issues including Iran’s cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the situation in Afghanistan, and the ongoing war in Ukraine.
