Iran Press/ Iran news: On the sidelines of the cabinet meeting, Vice-President for Legal Affairs Mohammad Dehghan in an interview with Iran Press stressed: "Negotiations have been held with the Afghan officials. Iran and Afghanistan have a comprehensive agreement to solve the problem of water rights in Hirmand. Iran asks the Afghan brothers to fulfill their promise."
Dehghan noted that Iran-Afghanistan negotiation is expected to solve the problem according to the treaty, if not, it will be solved through arbitration."
