Iran Press/ Iran news: Following several explosions in Moldova's Transnistria in neighboring Ukraine, concerns increased about the spreading of Ukraine's war to other parts of Eastern Europe.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman, Saeed Khatibzadeh in his presser on Monday morning said that the Iranian embassy in Ukraine asked Iranians living in the Republic of Moldova to leave the country.
announcement No. 6 of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Ukraine states:
The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Ukraine and Accreditation in the Republic of Moldova, while wishing health and well-being to all Iranians, especially compatriots living in Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova, informs that the war in Ukraine and the possibility of its spread to the Trans-Dniester region in the Republic of Moldova, all Iranian citizens residing in the area are requested to leave the region as soon as possible.
