Iran's permanent mission to the United Nations has categorically rejected allegations that Iran provided Russia with ballistic missiles for the conflict in Ukraine.

Iran PressAmerica: The Iranian delegation at the UN stated: "While there are no legal restrictions on the sale of ballistic missiles, Iran is morally obligated to refrain from arms deals during the Russia-Ukraine conflict to prevent further escalation of the war. This stance is based on Iran's commitment to international laws and the UN Charter."

According to six informed sources cited by Reuters, Iran was accused of supplying Russia with a significant quantity of surface-to-surface missiles.
