Tehran (IP) – Hadi Tahan Nazif, the spokesman of the Iranian Guardian Council, confirmed in response to the Iran Press reporter that the law regarding the Agreement between the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Government of the Republic of Croatia on Mutual Assistance and Cooperation in Customs Matters has been approved and is now in effect.

Iran Press/Iran news: Under this agreement, both parties commit to establishing enforcement mechanisms and appropriate methods for compensating any breaches of domestic regulations, ensuring adherence to the fundamental principles outlined in the agreement.

When asked about upcoming elections, Nazif mentioned that next year’s elections will include local council elections for cities and villages. He also highlighted that midterm elections for the Assembly of Experts, filling two vacant seats for South Khorasan and East Azerbaijan provinces, will be held simultaneously. Additionally, midterm parliamentary elections for the Tabriz electoral district will coincide with the local council elections.
