Iran Press/Iran news: Omani Foreign Minister Seyyed Badr Albusaidi expressed his gratitude for the sympathy and solidarity of the Islamic Republic of Iran with his country over the terror attack in the Sultanate. He then explained how the attack happened and how it was effectively and quickly tackled.
Elsewhere in the telephone conversation, the Iranian acting foreign minister referred to the continuation of the Zionist regime’s crimes in Gaza and the recent aggression by this regime against civilian targets in Yemen. Bagheri described Israel as the root cause of insecurity in the region and called for more cooperation and harmony among the Islamic countries in countering the crimes of the Zionists.
The foreign minister of Oman stressed his country's firm position and solidarity with the Palestinians and demanded justice for the oppressed Palestinian people.
He said the crimes perpetrated by the usurping Zionist regime against the people of Yemen will further increase regional tensions.203
