Iran Press/Iran news: The Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson criticized Western countries for withdrawing funding from UNRWA based on these accusations, calling it support for a criminal regime accused of genocide.
In a statement on Sunday, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Nasser Kanaani dismissed the “sinister” accusations that the Zionist regime has made against the United Nations relief agency for Palestinians as an attempt to justify the restrictions placed on the activities of humanitarian organizations in Gaza.
The spokesperson condemned the Israeli regime’s accusation that some of the employees of the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) have been involved in the October 7 attacks as “another sinister move” in the litany of the regime’s anti-human measures against the Palestinian nation.
