Iran (IP) - The new border bridge between Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan was opened with the presence of the Iranian Minister of Roads and Urban Development and Azerbaijan's Deputy Prime Minister.

The border terminal is designed for the crossing of the Iranian and foreign fleets and will increase the traffic of transit vehicles between the two countries.

Baghchesara border terminal is situated in Astara border town of Gilan province, northern Iran, adjacent to the Republic of Azerbaijan. 

With the opening of the new bridge, the income and outcome of goods between the two countries will increase, and traffic from the border terminal will expand in terms of commercial and cargo as well as passenger. 204
