Iran's Reaction to E3 and US statement regarding Irans nuclear Program

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Nasser Kanaani on Sunday reacted to the statement of the European troika and the US regarding the nuclear program of the Islamic Republic of Iran saying Just as we have reiterated over and over again the nuclear program of Iran has always been peaceful and will remain so.

Kanaani said it's preposterous that those countries that are themselves to blame for the current state of the Iranian nuclear program are distorting the truth to change the place of the victim and the culprit.

He added that instead of shifting the blame and making political statements, these countries had better take a look at their actions regarding the sanctions removal talks over the past two years and see the outcome of their unconstructive policies.

Kanaani went on to say that Iran is well aware of its rights and commitments and will keep cooperating with the IAEA within this framework.
