Iran Press/Iran news: In a ceremony on Monday attended by Iran’s Defense Minister Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh and Iran Army Chief Commander Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi as well as senior Iranian Armed Forces commanders, 1,000 advanced unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) produced by Iran defense ministry joined to Iran army’s Combat Organization.
Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi, Army’s Chief Commander at the event said that "Iranian Armed Forces possess everything necessary to fulfill its duties."
"Integrations of these new high-tech UAVs, the unveiling of new Iranian advanced Drones, alongside military drills across different parts of Iran ground, Iran's water and in the oceans show readiness of the Iranian Armed Forces," Major General Mousavi said.
General Mousavi said that based on the latest situation and realities of the region new measures taken by our commanders and our military scientists prepared the new features and requirements needed for these new drones.
"Our message to the Iranian nation is that your sons in the Armed Forces stand by their commitment to God, the Leader, and the nation with all their life, blood, knowledge, and power, Iran Army Chief said and advised that the Islamic Republic’s enemies “not gamble on their chances".
“This is the proud Islamic Iran, and its great people…are standing up and would not back down from fulfilling their efforts to defend its Islamic Revolution’s causes and national esteem,” he remarked.
General Mousavi said that the defense industry had managed to hand over the UAVs six months ahead of schedule time because the latest situations and field realities necessitated speeding up the process.
Mousavi stressed that the country’s drone capabilities and operations had significantly increased.
