Abbas Aliabadi, Iran's Minister of Energy, announced that collaboration between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Turkmenistan is growing in all sectors, particularly in transportation, transit, and energy. He emphasized that these partnerships benefit not only the two nations but also the entire region.

Iran Press/Asia:  Speaking at the Economic Conference of Iranian and Turkmen Traders and the 16th Exclusive Iranian Exhibition Iran Agrofood in Ashgabat, Aliabadi highlighted the significance of the exhibition in showcasing Iran's capabilities in agriculture, food industries, and related sectors.

He noted, "This specialized exhibition facilitates the exchange of knowledge and experiences while enabling both countries to identify mutual opportunities and capabilities."

Aliabadi underscored the role of the conference in fostering professional discussions and negotiations between private sector companies from both nations. Over 60 prominent Iranian firms specializing in agriculture, food industries, machinery, technical and engineering services, and knowledge-based technologies participated in the exhibition, aiming to streamline their negotiations with Turkmen counterparts.
