Tehran (IP) - The foreign ministers of Iran and Qatar held a phone call on Sunday to discuss bilateral relations and the need to increase political efforts to stop the Israeli genocide in the Gaza Strip.

Iran Press/Iran News: Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani discussed the latest developments in their countries' relationship and the ongoing implementation of agreements between the two heads of state.

They also discussed the recent events in Gaza and the proposed initiatives to halt the genocide and human blockade.

The two ministers emphasized the need for increased efforts and political endeavors in this regard.
