The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus emphasized strengthening trade exchanges with the Islamic Republic of Iran and raising it to a desirable level on par with the high level of Minsk-Tehran political relations.

Iran Press/ Europe: Belarus is ready to help promote the initiatives of Iranian investors to implement mutually beneficial investment projects – as stated by Belarus’ Economy Minister Yuri Chebotar during his meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Iran to Belarus Alireza Sanei.

In this meeting, the Iranian ambassador to Belarus also emphasized the necessity of implementing the agreements concluded between the two countries in the field of investment.

Alireza Sanei also invited the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus to travel to Iran and participate in the sixth exhibition of export capabilities "Iran Expo 2024".

In this meeting, while pointing to the high level of political relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Belarus, the two sides emphasized the need to develop economic relations in proportion to the level of political relations between the two countries. 219
