The second hearing of the International Court of Justice was held in The Hague to pursue South Africa's complaint against the Zionist regime's genocidal crimes against the people of Gaza.

Iran PressEurope: In the second hearing of the International Court of Justice to pursue South Africa's complaint against the Zionist regime on Friday, the South African delegation emphasized: "The Zionist regime has committed genocide in the Gaza Strip and we want the release of the Palestinian prisoners as well as those prisoners in Gaza.

The representative of the South African delegation also said: "The Zionist regime's escape from punishment and trial has existed in the occupied territories for decades. We hope that the International Court of Justice will issue a ruling to prevent the situation in Gaza from becoming critical."

The representative of the Palestinian Authority also said in this court: "Zionist settlers attack humanitarian aid in front of the security forces of this regime and prevent them from reaching Gaza."

He also said that the Israeli regime does not allow the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) to carry out its activities in the Gaza Strip.

The delegation of South Africa yesterday (Thursday) in the first hearing of the International Court of Justice in The Hague, announced: "The genocide of the Zionist regime has entered a new and terrible phase, and Pretoria asks this court to issue an order to stop the attack of the Zionist regime on the city of Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip.

The International Court of Justice held two public hearings on January 11 and 12 in The Hague as part of the initiation of South Africa's complaint against the Israeli regime for committing the "crime of genocide against the residents of the Gaza Strip."

The court ruled in January that Israel must refrain from any action under the Genocide Convention. 219
