Lebanon (IP) - Along the Lebanese border with occupied territories, Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for a series of strikes targeting sensitive Israeli military installations. The Lebanese resistance group announced the attacks through brief statements on Telegram, stating that their operations were aimed at disrupting Israeli technical and espionage capabilities.

Iran PressWest Asia: According to Hezbollah, the strikes focused on specific sites including al-Samaqa, Ramia, and Misgav Am, all of which are known for their strategic military importance to Israel. In addition to targeting technical equipment, the group reported launching a missile attack on Israeli troops stationed near the settlement of Matat, further intensifying the conflict in the region.

Hezbollah says these actions are a show of solidarity with the Palestinian people, particularly those in the Gaza Strip, and as support for “brave and honorable resistance” against Israeli actions.

The border region has been on edge since the assassination of Fuad Shukr, a senior Hezbollah military commander, by Israel in a strike on Beirut late last month.
