(IP)- Lebanon's Hezbollah says "in solidarity with Palestinian resistance," it has targeted three positions in Israel.

Iran Press/ West Asia: Lebanon’s Hezbollah says it fired dozens of rockets and shells at three Israeli positions.

These positions include the Radar site, Zebedin, and Roysat Alam.

Hezbollah stated that in line with the liberation of the rest of the occupied lands of Lebanon and in support of the victorious resistance of Palestine and its patient nation, the forces of the Martyr Imad Mughniyeh unit in the Lebanese Islamic Resistance on Sunday morning, October 8, 2023, targeted three positions of the Zionist army in the occupied fields of Shabaa in Lebanon.

Hamas, in a retaliatory response to the Zionist's desecration, launched the unprecedented Al-Aqsa Flood operation on October 7.

The chief of Hamas's Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades (IQB) Mohammed Deif called the operation a “response” to the desecration of al-Aqsa Mosque.

“We’ve decided to say enough is enough,” Deif said as he urged all Palestinians to confront Israel. “This is the day of the greatest battle to end the last occupation on Earth,” he said in an audio message.

Deif also called on his brothers in Islamic resistance movements in Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, and Yemen to contribute to the resistance in Palestine.

The commander added that it was time for a united Arab resistance, inviting everyone to mobilize to pursue the Palestinian cause.
