The Lebanese Islamic Resistance announced on Monday morning that it had targeted one of the headquarters of the Zionist military in the north of occupied Palestine with dozens of missiles.

Iran Press/ West Asia: In the statement of the Lebanese Islamic Resistance, it is said: "In response to the attacks of the Israeli enemy on the southern villages of this country, we targeted the newly established headquarters of the 146th Division in Jatoun with Katyusha missiles."

Earlier, the media of the Zionist regime reported that more than 30 rockets were fired from Lebanon at the Zionist settlements in the north of occupied Palestine.

According to Lebanon’s Al-Manar TV, the sound of explosions was heard in the town of Nahariya up to the area of Al-Kariyot in the city of Haifa.

Some sources reported that more than 30 rockets were fired from Lebanon toward the north of occupied Palestine.

Zionist media have also confirmed the report, saying the rocket attack prompted warning sirens in Nahariya and the West Galilee region.

This latest wave of attacks comes as Hezbollah and the Israeli military have been engaged in regular exchanges of fire across Lebanon's southern border since October 8, just a day after Israel launched a large-scale military operation in Gaza.

Tensions in the region have escalated sharply in recent days, with Israel on high alert for potential retaliatory strikes from Hezbollah and Iran following the assassinations of senior Hamas and Hezbollah figures in Tehran and Beirut. 219
