Iran Press/ West Asia: According to the Lebanon Al-Manar website, Hezbollah launched an assault on the Shomera barracks that resulted in a successful operation.
Earlier Wednesday, Hezbollah targeted the Israeli Malkia post after a calm morning in the border area in south Lebanon.
Meanwhile, the Israeli military says striking Hezbollah sites in southern Lebanon in response to rocket fire on northern Israel earlier.
