Palestinian resistance group Hamas said the commander of the central brigade of its military wing, Ayman Nofal "Abu Ahmed," was martyred in a strike in the Gaza Strip. Nofal was a member of the resistance group's General Military Council, it said.

Iran Press/ West Asia: The Israeli regime's military said Tuesday that it attacked 200 targets in Gaza overnight, hitting what it claimed as Hamas’s operational headquarters, as well as some tunnels used by Hamas fighters. It continued the bombing Tuesday morning.

At least 70 Palestinians have been killed in the relentless Israeli bombardment of densely populated areas of Rafah and Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

The attacks hit areas where the Israeli regime urged civilians to seek refuge as the war enters its 11th day.

The air raids came as thousands of Gazans gathered in Rafah, hoping they would be allowed to cross into Egypt.

Rafah, on Gaza’s southern border with Egypt, is the only exit from the besieged coastal enclave as the two other Israeli-controlled crossings are closed.
