Osama Hamdan, a senior member of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), said that the occupation regime still refuses to accept an all-out ceasefire and withdrawal from the Gaza Strip.

Iran Press/West Asia: Hamdan added in an interview with Al Jazeera: We prepared a plan that included an all-out ceasefire and a prisoner exchange, but the Zionist regime did not accept it.

He said:  The occupying forces are obstructing an agreement, and Benjamin Netanyahu aims to resolve the issue by eliminating all Zionist prisoners.

Hamdan stated that we had previously agreed on a plan for a gradual withdrawal of the occupation regime's army from the Gaza Strip, but Israel rejected it.
