Iran Press/West Asia: Mahmoud Mardawi, one of the leaders of the Hamas movement, in response to the heroic martyrdom of Yahya Sinwar, the head of the political office of this movement, announced that he is a unique model in all stages and the starting point of the Palestinian struggle against the invaders.
He added: The pure blood of Martyr Sinwar will be a curse against the criminal Zionists and their allies until the Day of Judgment, and the occupiers should expect painful blows from Gaza, the West Bank, and the entire resistance fronts. We believe in God and his help, and we are also sure of the stability of our nation until we achieve victory and freedom.
This Hamas leader emphasized that Martyr Yahya Sinwar was a well-educated leader and had important writings that were full of lessons and culture for all his comrades in captivity.
Mahmoud Mardawi announced: The conditions of the Hamas movement regarding the ceasefire negotiations will not change after the martyrdom of Yahya Sinwar, and we will elect a new leader for Hamas and after that we will discuss any proposal for a ceasefire.
He said that the new head of the political office of Hamas will be selected according to our organizational regulations, and the current situation demands that we choose his successor in a very short period. This is a natural process and will not last long. 204
