Iran Press/ Iran news: Iran's Vice-President of the Judiciary for International Affairs and Secretary General of the I.R of Iran's High Council for Human Rights, Kazem Gharibabadi on the sidelines of Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization (MKO) terrorists trials, told reporters that we have formed a joint judicial committee with the Iraqi side to deal with terrorism, including the terrorist group of Mojahedin.
He stated that the Iraqi side informed us that it had filed a case against the group and issued arrest warrants for 104 members of them.
Gharibabadi added that the documents that were shown in the trial session were also handed over from the Iraqis.
Regarding the financial support of Saddam's regime, we have asked the Iraqi side to provide us with more and more detailed documents, he noted.
Iran's Judiciary official went on to say that with the cooperation of the Iraqi judicial system, we will also present witnesses in the court.
