Tehran(IP)- The Secretary of Human Rights Headquarters of the Judiciary, in an interview with Iran Press stated that we have used the documents provided by the Iraqis in prosecutions of Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization (MKO) terrorists.

Iran PressIran news: Iran's Vice-President of the Judiciary for International Affairs and Secretary General of the I.R of Iran's High Council for Human Rights, Kazem Gharibabadi on the sidelines of Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization (MKO) terrorists trials, told reporters that we have formed a joint judicial committee with the Iraqi side to deal with terrorism, including the terrorist group of Mojahedin.

He stated that the Iraqi side informed us that it had filed a case against the group and issued arrest warrants for 104 members of them.

Gharibabadi added that the documents that were shown in the trial session were also handed over from the Iraqis.

Regarding the financial support of Saddam's regime, we have asked the Iraqi side to provide us with more and more detailed documents, he noted.

Iran's Judiciary official went on to say that with the cooperation of the Iraqi judicial system, we will also present witnesses in the court.

It should be mentioned that the continuation of the first hearing of the accusations of the Mojahedin Organization, was held on Tuesday in Tehran. 219
