Iran Press/ Iran news: The funeral ceremony of General Mousavi started on Thursday morning from Imam Hussein Square, in eastern Tehran.
The ceremony began on Thursday morning with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran in Imam Hossein Square.
Hundreds of people, dressed in black, gathered in the square to pay tribute and bid farewell to martyr Razi Mousavi.
The ceremony was carried on with epic poems to remind jihads of martyr Mousavi.
Major General Hossein Salami, the commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) also delivered a speech, praising the jihads of General Mousavi.
Martyr Razi Mousavi was a close companion of General Qassem Soleimani, the late commander of the IRGC Quds force.
In the early hours of Monday, General Seyed Razi Mousavi was tragically killed in an Israeli airstrike in the residential neighborhood of the Zeinabiyah district in the suburbs of Damascus.
Following the martyrdom of General Razi Mousavi, Iranian senior officials vowed retaliation over the barbaric act of the Zionist regime.
