Iran Press/ Iran news: Several top military and state Iranian officials as well as diplomats from Muslim countries went to Imam Khomeini Hussainia in the capital Tehran to meet the Leader of the Islamic Revolution on the occasion of Eid al-Mab'ath, the anniversary of the day Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) received his first revelation and was chosen as Allah's final messenger.
In the meeting, the Supreme Leader extended congratulations to all Iranian people and Muslim nations on the occasion of the Eid al-Mab'ath, noting that this event marks one of the greatest events in human history, highlighting its significance as the culmination of human happiness.
Ayatollah Khamenei delivered these remarks on Thursday at the Imam Khomeini Hussainiya, in the presence of officials and ambassadors.
During his address, the Leader conveyed his greetings for Eid al-Mab'ath to the Iranian nation and Muslims across the globe, emphasizing the profound importance of this occasion.
The Leader Referred to the verses of the Holy Qur'an, considering the mission and invitation of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as a current and permanent thing for all time.
"Even now, the Holy Prophet (pbuh) is teaching and cultivating, that is, as he called people to stay away from idols that day. Today, there is the same address and invitation," the Leader noted.
Ayatollah Khamenei said that the fight against the ego is the first step in answering the call of the holy Prophet (PBUH), adding that some people say that to reform the world, you must first reform yourself and your society, it is true because it shows the presentation of an example of reform.
Ayatollah Khamenei pointed out that the realization of the Islamic Revolution is a result of the people's response to the holy Prophet's message and call.
On the prevalence of oppression and injustice in today's world, Ayatollah Khamenei stated that the way to get rid of such a situation is by "answering the call of the holy prophet and using his teachings."
Ayatollah Khamenei underscored that among the most sacred and monumental events in human history is the advent of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
He also hailed the Eid al-Mab'ath as an event when the full directions aimed at bringing mankind prosperity in this world and the other were revealed to the great Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
Gaza tragedy is the worst tragedy of humanity
Ayatollah Khamenei stated that the call for the growth and progress of this world and the happiness of the hereafter depends on answering the Mab'ath invitation.
In another part of his remarks, the leader touched on the issue of Gaza, saying that the tragedy of Gaza is the tragedy of humanity and it shows that the current world order is a false order and it is not sustainable.
Regarding the current world order and the ongoing tragedy in the Gaza Strip, the Leader noted that the U.S., the UK, and all those backers of the Zionist regime cannot continue the current world order.
He stated that the massacre of the nearly 30,000 Gazans and the bombardment of the hospitals in the besieged enclave signify the downfall of the Western culture, saying that behind all these crimes are the armed, financial, and political support of the U.S. from the Zionists.
The Leader noted that the final way and solution for the tragedy of Gaza is for the world powers to step aside from the Gaza issue since the Palestinian fighters are capable of handling the battlefield, as they have so far done.
He noted that the states should cut political and armed support for the Zionist regime, reiterating that nations are responsible for putting pressure on their governments to do this big duty.
Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, for his part, stated that the genocide and killing of children in Gaza show that all the human rights claims of the West are void and ineffective.
