Baghdad (IP) - Iraq's foreign minister says that Iran does not intend to respond to the Zionist regime from the country's soil.

Iran Press/West Asia: Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein reacted to the claim of the American media about Iran's response to the aggression of the Zionist regime and said that Iran does not use Iraqi soil to attack Israel.

The Axios website claimed that Iran plans to respond to the aggression of the Zionist regime from Iraqi territory.

Fuad Hussein confirmed the action of the Zionist regime in violating the sovereignty of Iraq and using the skies of this country to attack Iran in an interview with the Iraqi Al-Sharqiya network.

The Iraqi Foreign Minister said: Iran will not attack Israel from Iraq and the Iranian authorities have denied their intention to use our land for this action.

He also expressed hope that Iraq will not become a battleground between Iran and America.

Iranian officials have emphasized that the Islamic Republic of Iran will respond to the aggression of the Zionist regime. 204
