"I hope that in light of the will and efforts of the two countries, we will witness a leap in the development of relations," he added.
"The upcoming ECO summit in Uzbekistan will be an important opportunity to strengthen our convergence and lay the ground for expanding maximum participation for the benefit of the region," the message added.
