Tehran (IP) - Iran's Foreign Minister called for the expansion of relations and interactions between Iran and Tanzania in all fields.

Iran PressIran news: Iran's Foreign Minister, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian held a telephone conversation with Tanzania's foreign minister January Makamba on Tuesday.

In this telephone conversation, Amir-Abdollahian congratulated his Tanzanian counterpart on Eid al-Fitr.

He emphasized the expansion of relations and interactions between the two countries in all fields and the holding of the Joint Commission for Economic Cooperation meeting.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran invited his Tanzanian counterpart to visit Tehran to finalize the agreements between the two countries.

Amir-Abdollahian also emphasized the preparation for the necessary planning for the meeting of the two countries' presidents.

Referring to the anti-human crimes of the Israeli regime in Palestine, he emphasized the continuation of Iran's efforts to stop the genocide in Gaza.

Tanzania's foreign minister also condemned the attack on the Israeli regime's attack on Iran's embassy in Damascus and expressed sympathy with the government and people of Iran on behalf of the government and the people of Tanzania.
