Iran Press/ Iran news: Over 75 domestic companies and one international company are attending this event.
The exhibition aims at creating opportunities for private sectors so that the government and private sectors have cooperation with no intermediaries.
A spokesman for Exporters' Union of Petroleum Gas and Petrochemical Products, Hamid Hosseini said that Iran can become the powerhouse of the Middle East and face no competitor in this regard.
He added that we need markets to have the main role in the production and we need to open the door of export markets to our country.
"No country in the region has as much export facilities as we have, and Iran has good engineering and technical abilities", Hosseini added.
The first exhibition of downstream oil, gas and petrochemical industries began on February 2 and lasts 4 days.
