Iran Press/ Iran news: Major General Hossein Salami said that the world's arrogant powers seek to dominate the Muslims' fate and freely determine for them what to do.
General Salami made the remarks while delivering a speech at the commemoration ceremony of 3,400 martyrs of Ardabil Province, northwest of Iran.
He said a confrontation between Iran and the arrogant powers kicked off more than 4 decades ago to implement the orders of divine Islam and maintain justice on the earth to protect human dignity.
Commander Salami pointed to the way the enemies seek to subjugate the Iranian people, saying they have launched consecutive riots within and outside the country, waged hybrid war, made campaigns to impoverish the people, assassinated the Iranian scientists, and seized the youths' minds through art and Hollywood.
He said that the Western authorities were hopeful to penetrate Iran and divide it, but they ignored the fact that the Iranian nation is a fruit of incidents at the beginning of Islam until so far, from which they have learned their lessons.
The Iranian nation knows well that they should support the Leader of the Islamic Revolution and leave the enemies disparate to materialize even their little wishes.
