Iran Press/ Middle East: Issuing a statement, the Islamic Jihad Movement said that the US is expanding its sanctions and blockade while blatantly and politically exploits the Corona crisis and its severe consequences on Iran and the world.
"The US hostile and cruel policies are the source of terrorism, extremism, and hatred, all practiced while the world and humanity need solidarity and the disregard of political differences to confront the great challenge of Coronavirus," the statement said.

The movement emphasized that the US government is devoid of morality and human values and that its false claims are divulged in the shadow of terrorism and siege.
The US Treasury Department on Thursday sanctioned 15 individuals and entities in Iran, under its so-called anti-terrorism project.
Also, US President Donald Trump said on Tuesday last week that Washington is ready to impose further sanctions on the Venezuelan oil sector.
